MARRS understands that our clients such as Metropolitan Water District and San Diego County Water Authority have the responsibility to provide high quality water to its customers in an efficient, cost effective, and environmentally sensitive manner. We have supported these regional organizations in controlling costs to build new facilities and refurbish existing facilities for optimum performance.
