Water and Wastewater
MARRS offers a full range of engineering services for the implementation of complex water and wastewater projects. We apply state-of-the art technologies to new or existing systems to achieve environmental and value objectives.
For years MARRS has worked hand-in-hand with our clients, the City of Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering (LABOE) and Bureau of Sanitation (SRSSD) to build and transform their Vision into reality – to "Lead the transformation of Los Angeles into the world’s most livable and resilient city”. Other organizations such as U.S. Navy and Air Force resourced to MARRS Services to provide turnkey engineering solutions for project conception through construction and start-up.
MARRS understands that our clients such as Metropolitan Water District and San Diego County Water Authority have the responsibility to provide high quality water to its customers in an efficient, cost effective, and environmentally sensitive manner. We have supported these regional organizations in controlling costs to build new facilities and refurbish existing facilities for optimum performance. MARRS understands this responsibility and specializes in carrying out a comprehensive approach to provide systems reliability and resource conservation while lowering risk, reducing schedule delays and cost overruns. Our key personnel have extensive experience in implementing water and wastewater projects throughout California. We develop tools and procedures to streamline project implementation. Finally, our engineers are well versed in agency coordination and permitting, design and specifications development, construction management, O&M manuals, operator training, and facilities startup.
